Protecting the personal health and safety of each worker is Full Force Drilling primary importance. Our employees are a valuable asset and for that reason our safety program is of the outmost importance.

In fulfilling this commitment to protect both people and the environment, Full Force Drilling will provide and maintain a healthy and safe work environment in accordance with industry standards and in compliance with legislative requirements, and will strive to eliminate any foreseeable health and/or safety hazards which may result in property damage, incidents or personal injury/illness.

Full Force has implemented numerous safety awareness initiatives, training being a key element. Also ensuring employees become involved in matters regarding their own safety, finding solutions to immediate potential hazards and safety issues. With providing a positive, progressive and safe working environment for our employees fosters a culture within Full Force Drilling that promotes a continuous improvement through awareness and risk reduction.

In fulfilling this commitment to protect both people and the environment, management will provide and maintain a healthy and safe work environment in accordance with industry standards and in compliance with legislative requirements, and will strive to eliminate any foreseeable health and/or safety hazards which may result in property damage, incidents or personal injury/illness.

Workers at every level, including management, are responsible and accountable for the company’s overall health and safety initiatives. Complete and active participation by everyone, every day, in every job is necessary for the health and safety excellence the company expects. We continue to evaluate risk reduction and the implement the suggested improvements.

Management supports and encourages the coordination and cooperation of all workers concerning health and safety on the job site. Management and supervisors are responsible for developing the proper attitudes towards health and safety in themselves and in those they supervise and for ensuring that all operations are performed with the utmost regard for the health and safety for all personnel involved.

Workers are responsible for wholehearted, genuine cooperation with all aspects of the health and safety program, including compliance with all the rules and regulations and for continually following all established procedures and safe work practices while performing their duties.

Full Force Drilling will provide and workers will participate in all safety and related training that is necessary to minimize losses of human and physical resources of the company. The training will include, but not be limited to:

  • Health and safety orientations for new-hired personnel.
  • Hazard identifications and control process, accident prevention.
  • Job-specific training, specialized safety and related training.
  • Health and safety training for supervisors and management.
  • Task and trade-specific certification.
  • Emergency response.
  • Safe Driver or driver improvement training.
  • Refresher and update training.
  • Daily toolbox meetings conducted by each crew.
  • Safety meeting held weekly, frequency of the meetings could increase depending on job specifics.
  • Monitoring equipment to ensure that employees are working in a safe and healthy environment.
  • Employees are completely involved in matters involving their own safety, finding solutions and safety issues.
