Buy Trouble free Diamond Core Drilling Machines
Diamond core drilling is a method used to make smooth holes. In this method, noise will be very much reduced. It is free from dust & dirt and it is non-percussive drilling. When you need a precise circular penetration, this drilling is employed. Holes of various sizes & depths can be made by this drilling. This can be used for different applications pertaining to construction installation, water system, earthwork, quality inspection, electrical system, gas supply system, heating system to name a few.

Rotary & wireline are two important methods. Rotary method is used for borehole drilling. Wireline method is used for mineral exploration. Electric, Hydraulic & Pneumatic are the different methods of diamond core drilling. Electric method is used for tiles, granites & gravestones, concrete countertops & also for plumbing & other masonry works. Drilling holes in walls, floors, ceilings & concrete anchoring systems is possible using diamond core drilling. The Hydraulic method is applied in mechanical & electronic works. It is easy to move, economical, durable, safe & reliable. For making large diameter holes, the hydraulic method is the beneficial option. The Pneumatic method is recommended for drilling holes in walls, floors, ceilings, refractory brick & concrete blocks.

A diamond core drill bit is fixed to the end of the rill rod in the drilling machine or equipment. By rotating the diamond bit slowly & at the same time, by using water to lubricate it in order to prevent overheating, the function is carried out. The important point to notice that sufficient water lubrication is provided on the cutting edge of the diamond bit. The durability of the drill bit is insured & further increased by reduced drill speeds, low drill pressure & steady use of water lubrication. This is classified depending upon the various techniques used. The drilling methods are many viz. Hose or Water Drip, Clay Dam, Pan Drilling & Spray Bottle Diamond Core Drilling.

Hose or Water Drip Method:
A small hose to run water into the borehole & onto the hole surface is employed in this method of drilling.

Clay Dam Method:
Using modeling clay, a dam around the drill hole is built, thereby allowing water to flow into the diamond bit providing enough interior lubrication.

Pan Drilling Method:
Using pan or plastic tub full of water, the surface of the material to be drilled is covered.

Spray Bottle Method:
By constantly water into the borehole using a spray bottle, the drilling is carried out.
